The chair of "Spatial Big Data" is passionate about geographical data science problems in space-time. Their current focus is on spatial-temporal statistics, machine learning techniques, remote sensing, and agent-based modeling. They believe techniques in Geoinformatics should be developed to solve real-life problems. They actively collaborate with researchers and stakeholders in environmental conservation and Geo-health.
